Something bad happened..won't boot

I have a 2006 GTO... I just got my diablo sport tuner tonight.. and installed the SLP version tune.. the 421 Bobcat (if anyone is familiar) for the basic mods I have..
anyways, I have the serial cable interface and I went to update from the the device.. It's a U7191 by the way,... from version 8r02 I believe to the new firmware: u7191_gm_E40-8r07 ....after about 2 packets sent, it came back and said failed..now when I turn it on, it states unable to load the gm_slp e40 tune or soemthing like that, you hit continue and nothing loads, just resets and repeats itself.. I'm going to call the support number in the morning, just wondering if anyone had any issues with theirs?

It sounds like you tried to load the U7191 crom file to the tool, when you needed the SLP7190 crom file, 8r3.
You can find this file here:

Go ahead and re-apply the 8r3 crom file and the tool will reboot automatically.

OK, I see what you mean, just tried it myself.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to that file until I get into the office tomorrow.
Don't worry, the tool will be OK.
