Predator stuck on"launching Application"...

Like stated...my Predator is stuck on"launching Application"...

I tried to downgrade the crom to r12 so that I can delete the EGR on my 2008 Charger R/T.

After attempting the download, the predator now just reads "Launching Application".

What should I do? Is there a reset? This predator is brand new.

Reinstall the CROM. It didn't install clean.

When you put power to the device...it goes through the booting process and it says "registering app" and then "launching app" and it stays there.

Ok...it will not allow me to do anything. It does not go to the main menu...it goes straight to launching application.

Well, I still do not know what to do with this predator. I am currently in Korea and tried calling for help but was on hold for about 20 minutes...

I need to know how to reset this tuner or get it to get off of this "launching app" screen.

How did you ever fix this? I'm in the same boat.
When I try to restart the Predator, DSDL freezes after reboot, preventing me from loading anything on it.

My Predator U7135U locks up during the start up to a screen that says "You are in test mode" with the close option flashing. There is no way I can connect to it because DSdownloader and data viewer will not connect to it. I guess unless there's a way to access it I'll have to send it back for warranty. But my original backup is in the tool and I cannot install it back to my car! Although I do have it saved to my home computer if that helps.
Any suggestions?

In order to get the tool to work again here's what I did; While holding the center enter button in, I pluggeg the tool in to the car or power supply and continued to hold the button in until it was done booting. This allowed to tool to boot up but it would still flash the screen and not allow any selections once I let go of the enter button. Then I held both the left and right direction buttons in simultaneously and released, then the tool started working agian. I reinstalled my original backup to the car
immediately. Then at my computer I reinstalled the ver 9r29 crom. Now it seemed to reboot fine. After letting it set for 15 min it locks up on reboot. I guess the tool is defective or the new crom is bad.
Now should I continue to use a Predator tool?

Don't have much of a choice, do you? Its either a Predator or a Trinity. None of the other manufacturers support custom tuning, which you definetly need with a cam.
