03 Ram Hemi Support Update

So I bought the predator when it came out 2 years ago for my 03 ram hemi. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I still have no support. Is there any way I can get my money back. I understand it might be impossible to crack the tcm but you guys have said this was in testing many many times and I dont think its fair for someone who spent $450 on this to have no support yet.

The Predator does everything it is advertised to do onthe 03 model HEMI Rams, there is no way to get money back for something that was purchased 2 years ago.

Again no response once I mention tcm support for 03's. Yes you provided basic support but superchips has had the things diablo is missing for 5 years. And you still have tcm support as coming soon on website. Its been over 2 years, you cant seriously say its still in testing. Just come out and say you arent going to do it so I can sell this thing. The value has dropped 50% so no point in selling until I know for sure you guys are done working on this issue. i love the product but my truck simply wont run without idle rpm adjustment

Our world does not deal with hardware, rather the electronic controllers, and despite the transmissions being the same, they use entirely different controllers.
