Application missing or corrupt on first try!
Followed steps to correct the issue, 30 minutes and still no reboot. Installing bootloader on the screen. 31 minutes on hold to Tech Support, finally gave up. Just purchased last night and has been a source of much frustration from the beginning. Not a very good beginning with the Predator. Should I try again the steps ( the 7th or 8th try)? Three more tries... Still same result. What a waste of my time!

What part number is it?
What file are you trying to load?

After several hours and many config changes I was able to load u7137-9r09. Rather finicky tool. The instructions to fix this are not quite as clear about what is on screen and what to select. Any of these tunes provide economy benefits? Thanks for the reply.
