2005 GTO-adding a tune form handheld

I have a 2005 GTO that has a custom tune in it(I purchased car with it installed). I dont know what kind of tune or anything about it. Will a tune from my Predator overwrite that tune? Car does not have the same mods as it did before I bought it, so I know it will need retuned. Should I take it in and get computer set back to factory before I install tune from my Predator? Any help will be appreciated..

Depends, if the car is heavily modified it may need the tune that is in there...

It wasn't too modifed. It had a moderate cam, CAI, and high flow cats. Now it has a mild cam, CAI, long tube headers and no cats. My handheld has 421, 455, and 490 Bobcat tunes in it. Would you recommend these tunes? I havent started the car since making these changes. Should I try the tune that is installed already or load one of the tunes in my handheld? As you can tell, this is my first computer performance car. Your help is greatly appreciated.

If the car runs good now, I would not load a Predator tune over whats in there, no.
