Help!!! Ford Diablochip how to install

just wondering what to do here i have a 97 f150 5.4 triton i purchased the truck about a month ago and it came with a ford diablochip (not installed) just wondering if these chips are plug n play or do i have to modify the ecm to make it fit and i dont know how old the chip is and if it is tuned right do i need to send it back to diablosport to retune it and how do i go about doing that please help me cuz i called some shops and they are saying 400$ to install this chip and tune it i think its a little outragous for this little chip by the way the chip says \"I\'m two horny\" on it dont know if that helps let u know what im talking about thanks

That appears to be a DeltaChip. There are pieces missing though. There should be a switch, an LED, a key and a keyhole.

Unless there was an old version without the extras???
