question about my u7198 programmer?

i bought a diablosport U7198 programmer off of my buddy and it pulled my stock program out and it doesn't show 87 octane tune and wont let me do custom tune. i went into performance tune and it gave me choices factory hp tune or original backup. the revision code is V.9R05, when i tried to modify my rev limiter,tire size,shift points, etc. it said imports should be started from diablosport down loader and was not available for engine tranny combo. i went to last tune written and it was modify tune, calid: BC09365637CTA and my vin#. can i at least get the performance tune to work? i have been running 93 octane!
