Please help predator wont power up when plugged into vehicle

I have a u7194 for my 08' cadillac escalade and it has been working great. I just got my car back from the dealer for wheel service (i returned it to stock before bringing it) and when i went to put the tune in i found that the predator wont power up. It powers up using an outlet in the house but wont power up when connected to my vehicle. [/img]
