Can you verify that LTM Global is an authorized dealer?

Would like to order from them but don't see them listed in your dealer listing (maybe a newer vendor??).

They have an ebay listing here:

Mustang U7145 Predator

They're out of Acworth, GA. LTM Global Performance Parts.

I have submitted my application. Faxed you an invoice from my supplier. Faxed you YOUR VERY OWN packing slip that YOU used when you shipped THIS VERY ITEM to me.
I called to verify you received everything and I am still not in the system?

Also - I believe I am fully and 100% compliant with Your MAP policies.

What else do I need to do?

Please realize that I am not in sales, and do not know what has transpired between you and them.
I only said I did not see you in the list of dealers.
I would urge you to send an email to [email protected] and let them know about this issue and have them correct it ASAP so it does not happen again.
It is best for all of us when the customer is able to get this type of info.

Mike,

I just got off the phone with sales about 15 minutes ago - I appreciate you responding back.

They assured me that we will be listed by the end of the day. Sorry if I came across harshly - I did not mean to and I understand you don't control what comes up when checking on the status of a dealer. I'm not the happiest in the world because I do seem to have lost at least 2 sales but I understand DiabloSport is working hard to protect the consumer and I agree that it needs to be done.

If you check back a few days ago on this forum you will notice that I actually submitted to you guys a business that had over 50 predators listed for about 50% off retail prices.

Once I am in the system and come up using the search function as an authorized dealer is there any way you guys can let the orignal poster know via an email so I don't get continously bashed all over the internet?

We are now listed and can be found by doing a search for LTM

Prices are 100% within MAP guidelines.

I just saw this. I'm glad all is straight now, but I hate to say it, I was ready to purchase from you on eBay but didn't since I couldn't confirm your status here. Not bashing anyone, your feedback and eBay history looked good, and Diablo's customer support is tops. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances -- I went with another vendor earlier today.

Sorry for setting off a firestorm, I edited my post above warning about buyer beware. I'd also like to say, I haven't posted anything anywhere else about you guys, and I haven't seen anything on any of the forums I frequent.

Sorry again, was just trying to get the straight scoop, and the only way I thought I could reliably do that was by contacting the folks here.

No problems - I don't blame you for wanting to qualify a vendor that you are making a purchase from - I do the same and that is why it was important to me to get this straightened out.

I appreciate your feedback here and the editing of the post. We are a small business and work very hard to be sure anyone that works with us is satisfied and I would like also say that the guys (and gals) at DiabloSport are great to work with and have always been very responsive.
