09 Silverado TC lock/unlock or AFM issue

U7194 9r18 09 Silverado 5.3 auto

Running Diablo tune with AFM disabled. I have noticed that cruising around 40 or so that the rpms seem to jump up and down rapidly. Not a huge jump in rpms and it doesn't feel like the trans is shifting and there is no increase or decrease in mph. Similar to when the stupid AFM would kick in and out. Kind of hard to explain, but very annoying. I have been told it may just be the torque converter locking and unlocking? I also have the Corvette servo for 1-2, but it was doing it before I installed that. Just looking for some solutions here. Thanks

yes I have the AFM disabled.

Here is a log done during some normal around town driving. It was doing the rpm up and down thing near the end of the log. Are there other parameters or another type of log you need?
