Thank's for the info Greg.I haven't had a need to use cruise control but mine's probably doing the same.(i'll have to check it) I hope Johan has it fixed in the next up date.Being i change most of the shift schulde and it get's reset everytime you go back to stock it take's awhile to do.So i'm waiting for the fix instead of spending hour's going back to stock trying to get it where i want it.(To much trouble to even mess with it this way)

Just installed 9r09e
Just installed the new update yesterday in my 2010 Ram 1500 QC 4X2 and took it out for a test drive today. I have a CAI, Fastman TB, straight pipes, catch can, 4.10 gear, and the 93 oct tune (Throttle sensitivity is at 20% but I might bring that back to 0%).
When I first took it out after the update it was not warmed up yet and I goosed it a couple of times. The pinging was pretty bad. Once it warmed up the pinging calmed down quite a bit but didn't completely go away. Is this normal after an update or reset and will it eventually "learn" and eliminate the pinging?
Also, I had a CMR tune made for it 2 weeks ago with revision 9r08. If I reinstall the CMR tune with the update (9r09e) installed in the Predator, will the CMR tune be updated also when I reinstall it?

Yes, the tune will work.
Do some logging after a day or two and let us know.

I sent the CMR tune to you to shut off a couple things for the drag strip, when I get it back from you I will download it and start logging.
Thanks.

I noticed a couple posts re: Jeep WK's not being able to update tire size. this was one my main reasons for buying this unit. I have an 08 WK with the 5.7L. Please advise when this will be fixed...thanks in advance. I also started a thread about this so a response in either one will work!
Edit - I just noticed I posted in the predator section...I have a Trinity so I have posted in that section as well

Regarding WK & XK speedometer adjustment with the U7137... DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH.
I purchase the unit in spring/summer 2010 for my 2010 XK and it did not allow speedometer / tire calibration. Mike said, "hang on, we're working on it"... well, I sent the unit back.
I was just checking to see if it had been resolved, but I guess not. Bummer... I really want a programmer but I want all of the listed features to function.

RE: NEW U7137 UPDATE..
getting a custom TCM tune with your shift schedule written into it would fix that.TooCoolHemi wrote: i change most of the shift schulde and it get's reset everytime you go back to stock it take's awhile to do.So i'm waiting for the fix instead of spending hour's going back to stock trying to get it where i want it.(To much trouble to even mess with it this way)
I have DCX CMR and am working on a TCM tune for my '05 Hemi Ram. got firmer shifts, less TM than canned tune, altered part-throttle shifts, 6,200 rpm WOT shifts.
load custom TCM tune, shifts are done. no more setting shift points in "modify tune" with the tuner.
definately a p.i.t.a. to re-do shifts after tuning to stock. I used hate changing Croms because it took a while to re-program my shifts before I had a custom TCM tune. timed a couple Crom changes before my custom TCM tune: 50 minutes on one, 55 minutes for another. total waste of time unless the Crom had more features or better tunes than the previous Crom.
I will start a thread here in the Predator section about my progress in a week or two. hope to have some TCM tunes ready for sale in a month or 2.

I had this issue a while back and it ended up being a bad front wheel speed sensor. Nothing to do with the Diablo. Just something to check...lumpy69 wrote:Nobody seems to care about the loss of cruise control after 60mph that some of us are dealing with.
