Throttle lag

Post by ggaliano »

Can a Predator be used to remove the lag in throttle response?. Someway that multiplies the accelerator pedal
sensor signal, making the accelerator pedal more sensitive.

I have read about the Sprint Booster, and everyone claims that this is an amazing device. Since I already own a Predator, I was wondering if it can do the same thing.

Thanks in advance for any input.

there is already an increase in response in the canned tunes, if you want more, export and post your last tune written.

I tried to load the modified files that you sent me but the Predator would not load the files into the truck. The file you sent for the PCM was (Perf 87) but not (Perf. 87 modified) like the file that I posted for you. Please check that out for me. Thanks.

The Predator states that the file AD is not right and therefore will not be used.

Thanks Mike, the custom tune you sent me worked perfectly. I'm trying different WOT fuel/spark adjustments to see which suit me best

thanks again.

Thanks Mike! The pcm tune you sent sure did the trick. Throttle sensitivity is right where I wanted it. It feels like it is a cable actuated throttle. Tap the gas very lightly and it jumps.
