It wont downgrade

'08 Jeep Wrangler

I did the upgrade, plugged it into Jeep and it wants to downgrade to 05187475AG. I click ok, and it wont download, there is an
"error unlock for reflash (1)" in the more info window.

It is reading my vin number so there is comunication, but wont do anything else.

You have the Original Backup on the truck, right?

Double check that the key is in the "On" position and not just the "Acc" position- I got that same error message one time when I botched the key position
