2000 7.3 need help.

I have a 2000 f350 7.3. Trying to figure out wat would be the best thing to do for the tire sizes... I have an 8 inch lift with 38s. And wat should I set the base nov?????

That will not adjust the speedo.

but even so. does it change the shifting. cause with the bigger tires. you are changing your drive ratio. what would be best to change for this higher gear ratio.?? i have 40's on my 2002 f350 and wanted to fix the shifting speeds. thanks
