Predator blinking & not responding - HELP!

Hey everyone. I need to take my '07 charger into the dealer tomorrow as its leaking transmission fluid. I was going to restore my original factory tune tonight before taking it in tomorrow.

So I get out there and plug it in. The device boots up fine. Once it gets to the main menu, i can see the menu but it just blinks every 2-3 seconds and doesnt respond to any of the buttons. If I press and hold the select button, it will stop flashing but still doesnt respond to any other commands.

Seriously just my luck. Any ideas? I need to get this fixed so I can take it into the shop. Ive already been without a car for 4 days due to the holidays and tight scheduling with the dealer.

I guess I should add that it blinks like this when plugged in via AC in the house, too.

No mods can help? Ive been trying to call for the past 2 days and have been on hold in excess of 45 minutes each time without ever getting an answer. Are they not in the office??
