03 Tune loading problem

i have a 03 dodge 3500, bought a predator used. Tried to load the program and it said vehicle on in database. then it said something about cal id. Please help.

i didnt receive the pc interface kit with it. I was told i could go to radio shack and pick up the cable, is this true, or do i have to order the expensive kit? I dont want to have to spend $50 on a kit and it not even solve my problem.

This is a PITA.
i found one on amazon for $30, ill just order it from there. Unless it is cheaper at radio shack? Are you sure that i just need to update the predator and it should work?

i found the adapter cable at london drugs for about 10buks,try staples too.cheap cables there,if he didnt put it bak to stok before selling to u u may have a prob
