Anyone remember what revs had what problems?

I want to go back to an old rev on my 7165 anyone remember what revs had problems and what ones were any good? I can remember that 9r05 had severe surging problems I think ! And the one after it was good 9r07? Anyone know if 9r10 was anygood?

The one I know that caused problems for me was the 9r07. Very hard shifting, turbo lag, and when I had the cruise control on at any speed it would make a VERY loud noise when it was turned off (torque converter noise).
