Injector rattle at "tip in" accleration with Extre

I have noticed that i have been experiencing injector rattle at tip in acceleration with the RKL tune. I just loaded the regular extreme tune to prevent the rattle. Anyone else have problems with this???

I know 06-07s seem to have the noisiest injectors ever, anyone else got any input here?

I have been adding Shaeffers fuel additive to my tank due to the new fuel on the market. I also run 20oz of ATF per tank. Seems to have fixed my issues with this. As Im sure the tech guys know the new fuel isnt as lubricated as the pre ultra low sulfur fuel was. Also, I recommend running seafoam in your engine oil, and when you change your fuel filter drain it and find a really good injector cleaner with cetane and fill the filter housing up with that when you put the new filter in and let it sit and run for 20min. I do all of these things and never hear that rattle anymore.

I actually found out that it is rail pressure ramped quickly that causes the noise. I use 2 stroke oil in my fuel every fill up.

How much 2 stroke oil do you add to a 35 gallon fill up?

16 oz for every 25 gallons. Gives you a 200:1 ratio
