Would you like me to post up my last tune written. You could play with the firmness and speed of the trans shifting if you want to give it a go. here is my last tune written anyway just in case. I would appreciate the try even if it is a failure. I just know this truck has more in the shifting areas.
Like I was saying, there is no easy way to add firmness, from what we have found so far.

Guys my 2010 ram has only a CAI an mufflex. I have the shudder at wot from 40-50 mph. NO TUNE in the truck. I just ordered a predator. This is not an issue of the tune. It happens to stock rams as well. I can sometimes replicate it and sometimes not.

I'm in this boat as well. I've just gone back to stock for now, so I can patiently await a fix without worrying about doing damage to the trans/converter. It feels a lot like converter lock-up (or unlock) shudder, to me. But it continues for a disturbing amount of time. Basically as long as you are stabbing the gas (or as long as I've been willing to wait).

Will a datalog help you guys diagnose it? Or does the tool not monitor the necessary trans PIDs to give you the info you need?

I've done an extensive amount of custom tuning/logging with the predator in my SRT8, so I am familiar with all of those aspects of the tool. I will be happy to do anything you need that you think will help get to the bottom of this.

Ive had it at stock for two days still no shaking yet. Still going to keep trying to reproduce it with the stock tune.

I'm in the same boat, my 2010 has the shutter, would really appreciate a fix. I took it back to stock and no shutter!

Mikel I appreciate the tune with the changes you made for me but I will have the the truck back to stock until there is a change in the shifting. Are you guys still working on this right now or is it on hold till a certain time. If you need someone to test out any changes you make please let me know. I would be more then happy to help make this fix for this as soon as possible.

You may have a cut or torn 2C or 4C piston seal inside the transmission and it is being agrevated by the tune? We have seen some issues with those two seals. You Tech can diagnose with checking the CVI in the various clutch packs while driving. I am not sure what they should be. drive a known good truck and then drive yours while monitoring the CVI's. Hope this helps

I am still having no issues stock. I have been running the hell out of my truck for the past week now and still no issues. The only thing I dont like is the sound when the mds kicks in with no muffler. LOL but there is no shaking. Mikel or Johan do you guys have anything else I could try yet any changes. Id be willing to try out some new things here really want this tuner back on the truck. The power difference is pretty noticeable once it is out. Please let me know willing to help here.

There was a TSB for JGC Hemi for this exact issue between 40-45 mph. Check out google for this issue on the RAM. Most likley your stock tune has the fix.

DS, here is an aticle on a setting called "TCC Break-In". Is this setting set to Disabled in the DS tunes? If not, it needs to be.

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves using the StarSCAN(R) to verify that the "Torque Converter Break In" option is disabled (status = false).

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may experience a shudder condition within the first 4000 miles. This shudder happens during steady state driving with the torque convertor in partial lock while the transmission is still in torque converter break in mode.

The shudder feels like the vehicle is being driven over rumble strips.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN(R)) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify all engine and transmission Systems are functioning as designed. If DTC's are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.

If the above symptom/condition is experienced or can be verified, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.Using the StarSCAN(R) select PCM.
2.Read DTC from the PCM.
3.Are any PCM DTC present?
a.No >>> proceed to Step # 4
b.Yes >>> Repair DTC as necessary then proceed to Step # 4
4.Select the "Misc Functions Menu" on the StarSCAN(R).
5.Select the "TCC Break In" option.
6.Select "Start" and the select "Next"
7.Select "View Current TCC Break-In Status"
8.Is the "Torque Converter Break In Complete status False?
a.Yes >>> Using the StarSCAN(R) disable "Torque Converter Break-In"
b.No >>> This bulletin does not apply, further diagnosis is required.
