2004 cummins shaking at 60hp setting

For some reason my engine makes a different noise on the 60hp setting sometimes and the truck will sometimes kind of shake at 50 to 60 mph. Any ideas?

It doesn't act this way when you use the 90 or stock setting?

No sir. and it does it about half the time. Can you switch settings while driving or does the truck need to be turned off?

Yes, you can switch in the fly.

maybe its nothing then maybe its just how it runs on that setting.
