I wonder if the trinity didnt see the skim code in the pcm on the original backup? If its surposed to do that or not IDK :/

It still doesnt solve the problem about me being able to make tunes and load several to my trinity on my own. I dont really wanna have to send my custom tunes to you guys every time I want multiple tunes on the trinity. When are you going to update the dsdownloader software to 2.2.2.5 or 2.2.3. I swear up and down that its the software that needs the update to better edit your custom tunes. The immobilizer trouble code is not that big of a deal. I just wanted to mention it to you so you and the team could look into why its doing that.

According to the dodge dealer the original owner recieved the 4 digit pin so he could have extra keys made. Im sure I could get the code from a dodge dealership if needed. But I guess in order to program the SKIM you would need a $6k DRB III scan tool. The 3 pages in the PDF file attached earlier explains the basic communication over the PCI Bus to the PCM.

Will you be able to edit SKIM for the SKIS in later trinity crom? It would be bomb if you could so your not stuck with a dead car you need towed. You could just add back the key code and be on your way

dunno what the issue is you're having... but I can load multiple custom tunes at once...

I think you're just not doing it correctly...

you have to go to the Advanced tab... and then select all the custom tunes and add them to the file list.. and then you Send to Tool... and it sends all custom tunes you selected, to the tool..

and they all show up under the Custom Tunes menu item on the tool..

I did everything step by step in your guys PDF and Videos. I also have a background in the automotive industry and training "ASE Cert". I use to work in a performance shop called Idaho Speed Center here in Boise like 3 years ago before they went under. Im use to working with tuners and software my man

Im just going to do an RMA on the tool and try n have the new one sent to my work address so I can sign for it. im going to Restore the original tune to my car and pack this one up to send back. i think that will work out best. I can wait 30 days for the new one to arrive.

I got an email not to long after I posted. I got the tunes YAY!! I did install them and I can see all the tunes on the trinity. Thank you all for the help. Also I have another thing come up but didn't mention. I have a trouble code after installing the tune. The car still runs but here is the trouble code in an attached image posted. I even get it when I restore the original back. I look up the Key Immobilizer on my huge 1771 page Dodge Manufacture Manual. You guys prob have the manual but Ill post the 3 pages from the book. What can be done about this? This wasn't pre-existent trouble code before. :/

Those multi tunes only worked because it was made on CMR as full files. It really doesnt help me bc I cant make my own and edit them. yeah it show all the tunes but that wasnt what my trinity unit made. Prob why mikel thought the tunes were not from my car. the trinity has an issue internally so im sending it back RMA.

No its the original pcm. I can restore the backup to the car. Im going to post pics if the weird things the trinity does. Ill have to get it back out of its box when I get home tonight. It does have issues when changing tunes and ill post up pics or send a video if I have to. I know what im doing is correct but no one is with me on this. Hell I cant send but just 1 tune I made bc somethings fucked and not writing those tuned correctly. Its the freakin trinity! Im kinda getting impatient to this topic.

OK.. I had 06MonteSS remote into my computer and checked out my Trinity. He thought the same as I did that something weird is going on with the tool. I did everything instructed and its still not working. Its not even showing that its married to the car even after installing the 93 tune Here is what the tool info is:

As you see the marriage VIN is not present.
Ill add more on whats going on here in a bit Im getting everything together.

Notice it said its married but yet it doesnt have a marrage VIN.. Somethings up for sure. Those guys made the trinity but I only use it. Idk what the fuck is going on with it. All I know is its not working correctly

k... the custom tune files you had on your pc.. are only exported tune files from the trinity.. they are not full/complete custom tune files...

Mike said he sent you the correct versions of them, full/complete custom tune files...

THOSE are the files you need to use when importing into the trinity....


I didn't even think about that the other day, but once me mentioned it, I do remember the file sizes being small on those "custom tune" files we were working with the other day... they were not complete tune files.. they were exported files from the trinity... can't use those to import...
