Buddy of mine finally got the tuner cat update to do my truck so no longer ned the tuner and now selling it and will upload the custom tune he did for me on it. I am seeing better than 20 mph on the hwy and 18 around town it is amazing what we have done by adding timing to the engine and some other tricks to the dod and torque management. The trans side of it has firmer shifts and bumped shift points now. 1-2 at 6000 and 2-3 at 5800 rpm better kick down points also so no bog when you punch it on the hwy. He has been tuning heads and cam ls1 engines for about 5 years now and has tons of dyno experience and really knows what to do to get the most out of a program. the throttle response is so much better and wot power and even just normal driving under the curve you can feel the torque. I will sell the programmer which is not the latest but a newer one and can log and has crom 9 something in it now for 400 the price of it new plus what I paid for the bin file for my truck so getting the custom tune with all the factory stuff that the programmer comes with I have the box and a power adapter so can power it up at the computer. email me direct [email protected] as I dont get on here much any more.
this should work on any 5.3 truck with the 4 speed trans to get use of the custom tune and not sure what it would do on a 4.8 or other engine. The sale of this is getting me the obx long tubes for it which I have read makes huge gains on these trucks in the low end torque part and cant wait as these tanks need that most. uhhh, the predators can be bought for $279, brand new, with full warranty... so if you're planning to ask $400 for yours, you're gonna be SOL, heh... used ones go for about $200-$225 with the cables...

And...the custom tune is for your truck, nobody else can use it.

A custom tune made for your truck will not work on somebobe elses vehicle, that's whay it's "custom". The price you listed is carzy. If you want to get rid of that Predator, you should lower the price and get the custom tune off of it because it's useless to anybody but the vehicle it's tuned for.

you HAVE to restore the original backup stock tune to the vehicle in order to unlock/reset the programmer, otherwise, whomever buys it from you, will not be able to use it at all... because it will still be locked to your vehicle...

People don't realise that. I know when I posted about getting a tuner, and exactly what I wanted everyone tried to shove BlackBear down my throat. I am more then happy with my Predator and will be contacting you if I do decide to have a custom tune done.
