make sure you also buy the pc interface kit, so you can connect it to your Windows PC in order to download recorded data log files, and import/export tune files for custom tuning when you decide to get a custom tune done for your vehicle...

I have emailed CMR dealers about a custome tune as well and have not had a single, solitary response.

You guys' dealers are definitely not doing you any favors.

I emailed Maryland Speed today and had a response in 24 minutes, from the President. Did you use the email form on their site?

CMR dealers, forget it. Most of the good ones don't respond to mail. Have you tried Johan (diablotoona.com)?

Just tried the semi-local tuners.

If most of the good ones don't respond to emails from potential customers, I'm not sure what that says about their service after the sale, either. They shouldn't offer an email address if they aren't going to use it.

Send Johan a message. He can do email tunes just about as well as most of them can do dyno tunes. He did the tune that was on my Jeep SRT8 when it ran the stock displacement, naturally aspirated record. I eventually had a dyno tune done afterwards, but I still keep Johans email tune on the truck most of the time.
