Colorado emissions with tune

Hello, I am from Colorado, Denver area I have a 08 Silverado and U7194, I am planning on installing the 87 or 93 tune and was wondering how the emissions will be affected mainly I want it to pass, anyone from the area have any issues with passing better than stock, failing or? Should I put the stock tune back in befor the test?

you will be fine with the tune installed and going through emissions testing...

runs better/more efficient with the tune in anyway... ;-)
