Car shifts VERY weird after dealership reflash

2009 Charger SRT8, U7135 Predator tool.

I had the 93CAI tune with raised shift points and raised rev limiter in the car when I had to take it to the dealership for service. They took the liberty of reflashing the PCM for me :normal: . Now the tool says that my current CALID is 68004302AF and I need to downgrade to 68004302AD (different issue). All my shifts now, it is almost like I'm hitting the rev limiter before it has a chance to shift. At WOT, when I'm at the top of a gear, the car will actually buck back (seems like fuel cutoff) then reengage for a split second, THEN downshift...

Where do the raised shift points and raised rev limiter reside in the car? If the dealership reflashed the PCM, TCM, and TIPM, does this make sense? The car is still under warranty, so I don't want to go in there and tell them I had a custom tune in the car... I'm hoping a simple downgrade and retune with the Predator will fix the issue... But then when the day comes that I have to sell the car, this may become an issue again. Anybody that takes it for a test drive will realize there is an issue (assuming I can't fix it by reprogramming the shiftpoints back to stock with the Predator).

Please let me know your thoughts.

Update to the latest revision and it should not ask you to downgrade.

I did that. 9r28 is currently in the predator and it's still asking me to downgrade :(
