my programmer was swiped of every thing on it due to a loose batery cable and i want to put my diablo tune back on it wut do i need to downlad to the programmer to put it back on my truck

i downloaded the production version to my comp. is that the one i need to reprogram my truck???

the tune is still there regardless of the battery.

its completely gone bc the battery cable came loose while ill was installing it so it told me it couldnt install and to reboot and unplug leaving no tune on the truck wut so ever. then i replugged in the programmer and it would only give me the option to put the original back up and still wouldnt allow me to do so. i finally got ahold of a tech and he couldnt even force it on leaving me to take it to the dealership and having it retuned. is there an updated version for this programmer or do i have to put the sameone i had back on it?

ok and i just once again plugged it in and it saaid last tune not installed now returning original back up! so i pressed yes it got to 1% writing vehicle and froze for 30 seconds or so and said couldnt tune and swiped the comp. again leaving the truck unable to start. i need to know wut to do asap bc i have to get to work

Do you have any aftermarket devices on the truck, security, radio, brakes, etc....

If so remove the power to it/them, be sure the battery is good and try again. Also what does it say under last tune written?

put a battery charger on that beeeotch before you try tuning it again...

and like Ill_Born said, make sure ANY AND ALL aftermarket items are disabled/disconnected - aftermarket stereo, subs, amps, trailer brake, alarm, remote start, satellite radio, nav, etc etc...

i have no after market except CAI!!!! i cant check last tune written bc there was no tune written it erased all tune from my truck and programmer except original back up!!! i just want to redownload the diablo tune and put it on can i do that???

dude, I dunno what to tell ya at this point.. I'm out of ideas... will have to wait until these guys are back in the office Monday morning... call the tech support number at about 9am EST...

Did you purchase the Predator new, or did yo uget it used? You most likely will NOT be able to redownload any of the Diablo tunes without paying them for it. Not saying you are doing it but there are people out there that attempt to get free downloads all the time....Good luck.

nah, that's not the issue... he's saying they got erased off the predator... well, there's no way that can happen...

if the tunes are not showing up, and only "original backup" is... then it sounds like it doesn't recognize the calibration ID...

i bought it brand new! that might be wut it is but ive already had the dealership reflash the truck twice bc it wont downlad anything and wen i try to redownload the original back up it tries and then stops and im back to having no tune and have to get it reflashed! i cant get back to my original option screen at all! wut do i need to do to get it going again?
