trinity selecting itself

I have a customer's trinity in a magnum 06 srt8. Johan had suggested I try a different cable. I thought it had fixed the problem when I swapped the cable out. However, after about 15 minutes of drive time the trinity which was set on the gauges under the "monitor" menu started flipping from one set of gauges to another without being touched and without changing driving. I also noticed that it will make menu selections on its own.

So, RMA it and get the customer another one? Or is there something that causes this I can take care of on my own?

It would appear that the Trinity touch screen has moved in the case and is contacting the outside plastic housing.

You can try gently centering the screen, or rma it and we'll fix it asap.

use your hands/finger tips and move the screen heh

try loosening the screws then see if you can move it, or feel free to rma the unit.
