Where's the 93 octane tune?

The only options I have are:
performance tune
performance tune CAI
91 Octane Tune
91 Octane Tune CAI

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply, when I saw it I went back out to the car and re-programmed with the Performance Tune..... BIG difference. Just got back from playing.... WOOHOO!!!
