2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon updated Tuner with Calibration

I received my tuner today U7137. Tried to install a tune, but the tuner said that it needed a new calibration.
Downloaded the DS Downloader, and installed usb to serial driver.
Tool was found. Updated to the newest crom 9r10. The tuner had 9r09 on it.
Did the crom, and then the calibration.
Went out to vehicle to the vehicle to tune. It loaded the new calibration. Everything went fine.
Then tried to load one of your stock tunes. There are no tunes to choose from.....???
The only options I have are "Modify Tune", and "Original Backup Tune".
Where did the canned tunes go????? Were they ever installed on the unit? Is there a fix?

If I can't use this tuner, and want to go with another brand, did this "Calibration" that downloaded into my Jeep, going to prevent me from using another brand????

thats the same thing as if you went to the dealer. The PCM was updated.

I had a similar issue of things missing, but after an update, then they appeared.
