Cant load datalogs on dataveiwer 3.2

I got me a new trinity last week (love it btw)but when I try to load My logs,I get a mesage "cant load,an error has occured". I tried to load it several times,same mesage. What the hell is going on?
Also sometimes when this happens,I gen an id mesage for an 09 gm. I have an 09 challenger. Im getting realy frustrated.
