Good day guys.
Instead of asking on general car forums i figured it best to ask the guys that know.
I have a 2003 Mustang GT auto. In the very near future I will be having new 4.10 gears installed in my rear axle. I understand I`ll need to change the diff ratio settings and speedometer settings after this is done.
Is it a simple enough process ? I want to get it right first time and don`t fancy having a bust automatic gearbox.
I`m assuming that when I modify parameters when I choose the 4.10 options the gearbox shift settings and speedo will automatically be corrected for my gears?
At the minute that car has the 93 tune installed.
Any instruction, help or information really appreciated.

RE: Settings for installing new gears
You will need to reselect the 93 tune and it will give you an option of "install tune" or "modify tune". Select "modify tune" and choose "axle ratio". Set it to 4:10 gear ratio and install the tune.
This will correct everything on the vehicle in relation to the gears installed.

No, i don't work here.
