How do you know if you have the "I" version old Predator???? Ive had my Predator for 3 years. Is that considered old?? LOL

Yours is older than mine and I had to get the 9r28l version, so I would say yes.

UhhhOOhhh, Not good. I put the 9r28crom in mine and it works. I hope it didnt screw up the Predator, or will the 9r28crom even work in an old predator?

It wouldn't have taken if you couldn't use it. You would have gotten the serial flash error.

Cool, thats what I thought but since it was 3 years old I figured it was the old low memory version but I got lucky.

I think some of the older CalIDs have been removed to make the files smaller. Post your CalID and Mike Licht will have to confirm if it will or won't work on your 06.

Having the same issue, downloaded the "ligth" version & it would work on my car, 2006 300C SRT8. My CalID is 05030232AF. Any help would be appreciated.
