stuck in cycle key

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT. When the Predator is reading my engine it gets to the cycle key and stays there for at least 15 min.

What do I need to do? Thanks for any help.

cycle key means to turn the key to "off" and then back to "on" (but make sure you do not go to "start"
