Is it okay to increase the redline by about 100 rpm?

Hi. I have an '06 Stang GT automatic with a Roush CAI & I run the 93 octane tune & the U7140 9r06 DiabloSport. I installed 245/45-17 tires and now I seem to shift into 3rd right at 60 mph which I think is slowing down my ET. Is there much benefit to ET or risk to the engine to bump the redline to say 6100 rpm? Thanks. John

I cranked mine up by 200 rpm, I shift right @6000 and didn't want to accidently bump the rev limiter if I go slightly over.
