New Predator U7135

Just purchased a Predator U7135 for my 2009 Challenger 6.1L manual 6spd. Went to downloads page to make sure it had latest update. It came with CROM V9r27 so I downloaded The latest vrsion V9r28. I also noticed on the download page this message
"If you are trying to update the Predator for use on an 09 vehicle, please post up on our forums or give us a call and we will get you a crom file for the older Predator to make it work with the 09. "
Is the V9r28 update ok for my car?

thats only if 9r28 will not fit on the tool.
