High Flo Cat Back System Causing Engine Light Code - HELP!

Hey everyone,

I have a CHarger SRT-8 with high flo cat back system and it's giving me 3 warnings. I can't get it inspected and need to turn off the oxygen sensors I believe. How can I do this with the Diablo Sport?

You cant tune out the rear o2s and still pass emissions.
You'll need to get a pair of cats that work or put the stock cats on to make it pass.

Non-foulers. But with a cat-back this shouldn't even be an issue. The O2s shouldn't have even been touched.

I have cat back system and new exhaust as well. I have someone who WILL pass the vehicle we just need to turn off the rear 02s

SPECS: 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 with new Corsa Exhaust and hi-flow cats from Flowmaster. The Charger also has a Diablosport Predator tune and Mopar CAI.

Oh and I tossed in a nice advertisement for Diablosport in my video that's been viewed 23,000 times. =)

Still no reply guys? It's been 3 days. The mechanic doing the inspection just said "Get Diablosport to give you code to turn the sensors off"

Anyway to disable the o2 sensors without paying for a $500 custom tune?

What revision are you running? I have 9r12 and I have the option to turn the sensors on and off.

I called 4 shops that do custom tunes and they all want over $300 just to turn off the o2 sensors. Any reason why you guys can't give us the coding?

turning off the sensors ain't the fix...i have 09 challenger r/t, w/slp longtubes...still won't pass inspection. will custom tune fix that?

Even with a custom tune, headers will throw the code. The fix is to run non-foulers on the rear sensors to get through inspection and turn them off for the rest of the year.

There is no solution for emissions besides what Mike Levy posted or running the stock cats.
