2007 dodge 2500 powerwagon just a few questions

hey just a few questions i was wondering if there's anyway to do the throttle boost on the trucks? i seen a bit of stuff about the ability to use the lockers on the JKs in 4hi will this be possible for the powerwagons ? and the last question is the town i live in doesnt offer 93 octane only 92 can i run the 93 tune with 92? very im pressed with the 91 so far but want more
