Need an updated CAL ID, but DS won't give me the option

I have a 09 SRT8 Challenger 6 speed.

U7135
Software Version 9r28

I bought it from a Dodge dealer about 8 weeks ago.

Received my new Predator U7135 today and when hooking up, I get the "This vehicle needs an update Download here :www.diablosport.com/dcx" message. So I go to my DS Downloader and hook up, but it wont give me the "Calibrate Update" tab/option. I called tech support and spoke with a guy there for about 30 mins. He took control of my computer, but couldn't get it to work. They are now sending me another USB to serial cable. I was able to get the Predator to hookup to the DS Downloaded though. I downloaded the 9r28 version into the Predator and it took it ok. That tells me it communicating.

I then deinstalled the DS Download and the driver for the USB/serial cable, and reinstalled them. Still a no go. I tried another USB/serial cable I have and it did the same thing. It connects to the Predator, but I don't get the "Calibrate Update" tab.

My CALID version is AF.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update.

Got the new cable yesterday and still couldn't get the "Calibration Update" tab to show up on the DS Downlader. Called and spoke with Frank this morning and after about 30 mins, he had me do some reset on the tool itself. We went through the whole process again and the DS Downloader finally gave me the "Calibration Update" tab.
