Handheld won't power up

u7194, 9r21c, 07 GMC DENALI XL

I was heading out to do a datalog. When I plugged the Predator in to the Denali, it didn't receive power. I took in the house and plugged it in to the AC adapter and worked just fine. I took it back out and plugged it into the truck... still didn't power up. The battery and charging system are fine. Do you think this is a problem with the Predator or the diagnostic port on my Denali?
