Did I screw up the install?

2009 Challenger SRT8.

I did the install with the predator but I don't think it took.

The ignition was on (maybe thats my error?), I plugged it in, selected tune, accepted disclaimer, chose the 91 octane CAI tune, then it did a backup which took quite a while, verified the backup, I selected the tune, tune got written (?), then it stopped on the startup screen.

At no time did it prompt me to turn off the ignition or say Tune is installed.

When I check the predator it has the vehicle VIN and the last tune written is the Original Backup. It also allowed me to write the backup to my computer.

I have a feeling all I did was backup my stock tune?

Can I just go through the motions of installing the CAI tune again or do I have to set it back to stock first? The manual says there is no need to set it back to stock but maybe this is different?

Is there anyway to verify the Tune that is on the vehicle or is that what the last tune written is?

Edit: Got an Email from Tech support saying just to go thru the install procedure agin. I will try that.
