We sure need it I have a customer that bought a Preadator through us for his new 2010 Ford and I still don't have a Cal ID match for him. We were told 2 weeks a month and a half ago. At least tell me that these IDs will be included:

Were these Cal IDs included in this update:
Unit 1: 8U7A-14C204-HCA
Unit 2: 8C3A-14C337-DC
I updated my customer's Preadator and he reports that it "does the same thing". Help guys. This customer has been more than patient and he is now moving out of state next week. I really want to get him fixed up before he starts asking for a REFUND!

Well there you have it
Here we are guys, 2 months in. 60 days, 8 weeks, however you want to slice it. Really?
Does anyone have a "realistic" forcast on when we'll have a working program for the U7164 for the 6.4 diesels? I would rather you tell me and everyone else 2 more months than "one to two weeks, we are testing now". At least that way, if you finish earlier, you look like heros instead of........welll.........not.

It has been over a year since we have had an official update for the U7164 tuner, and now we keep hearing "a week or two" when asked when a new update will be released... We all paid for our tuners, and I am sure I am not the only one who does not enjoy having to use my tuner as a paperweight for the past few months because of no updates...

I think this whole group may be a bunch of teen agers working in their Mom's garage. It has been over a year since we have had an update to the U7164. I don't think they are working on it all...just stringing everyone along.

I assure you it is in the works.
if you guys knew how much work was involved in mapping out one of these new calibrations, you'd be amazed we can sell the tool for $325
