2009 Challenger
I am having a problem with my trinity.
I seem to be able to install the canned tunes no prob, but when i try to
tweek any settings after like rmp, rev limit, dyno mode, and go to save it again, it always comes up with a write error(failsafe) and ends up restoring the origonal tune.
I haven't had any problems when trying to install tunes on my 09 ram 1500, just on the challenger.
Part: dcx_gas
Version v.1t08d (just installed this after the problems)
Hardware: TRINITY
2009 Dodge Challenger Srt8
Thanks
Jason

Donty adjust the params at the same time you load the tune, make the QA changes by themselves.

A question, is the calid number have to do with the software? Cause since i upgraded to the newest file posted somewhere on the forum i haven't tried it on my 09 Challenger.

RE: 2009 Challenger
Hey Mikel
Well i tried to do things one at a time on the challenger, first i put in the 91cai tune, then went back and raised the top speed to 190, went back after that was all done and raise the rev limit and that worked all good. Then when i went back in to modify the tune to dyno mode it came back up with the write error and ended up having to put the original tune back in. The strange thing too is that if i just go into the quick tune mode it will always do that fine, but when i actually try to change the tune itself thats when i get problems.
Thanks
Jason

no, make the dyno mode adjustment through the quick adjust menu, not the modify tune menu

RE: 2009 Challenger
Hey Mikel
Am i on glue or what, i thought there was a throttle boost in the 09 challenger tunes, the tune i have in right now is the 91CAI but i've been through it a number of times and can not find that section. Or is it in the 09 Ram, and i am getting it all mixed up?
Thanks

RE: 2009 Challenger
Thanks Mikel
i will have to check it out again cause the last time i put the tune in it i couldn't find it anywhere. My tunner is a little haunted though, sometimes the touch screen works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it moves to the settings on its own, and then sometimes i have to use the buttons.
