trinity will only flash green led after upgrade

the car is an 09 challenger r/t . I was updating my trinity and a friend of mine's with the latest (r108) crom. Mine went fine. I updated his trinity on the same laptop. When it finished it said "done". I did not choose the vehicle. He hooked it up in his car and all it did was flash the led's and then just continually flash the bottom green led. I put it on my laptop again using the usb port and it did the same thing. It worked fine before the upgrade and he did not damage the connector hooking up to his car. What now?

filled out the request two days ago and still no permission to ship!!!! What a way to run a business. We've only got four months of decent weather here and this $600 paper weight is really pissin me off. You guys should be eager to support your product and not just generate revenue.

when you submit an rma, it gets sent to that dept., which is in a different building... so nothing we can really find out about it over here...
