180t-stat fan settings on 6.1

Hello, I know there are several articles out there on t-sat settings, but I'm quite surprised at the variance of opinions. I bought the JET 180 t-stat, part number 10183. I live just outside the Canadian rockies, so it never gets super hot here or if it does, not all that often. However, there can be huge variances in temperatures from day time to night time. Can someone please mark out for me exactly how I should have my fan settings done as per the predator screen i will see. Just hopin to get it right or very close and call it a day. My car is a stock 2009 300 srt8 and just runnin the 91 oct canned tune

Just drop them all 23°. The T-stat is 23° cooler, so that what the fans should be too.
