Car needs update??

Got my predator today, plugged it in, says car needs update. Downloaded the downloader, downloaded the newest file. Loaded that on the predator, still says i need an update. Says to goto diablosport.com/dcx, did that, followed all the instructions, but the downloader doesnt say i need an update. How can i get this working? Its a 06 magnum srt8 build date 10-05

If you loaded the crom file to the tool, take it back to the car, and plug it in until it says you need the update again.
Then take it back to the PC, connect to DSDL, and allow the calibration update to be loaded to the tool, then flash it to the car.

Ill try that when i get home. Tried a few times last night but never seem to get the calibration update button when i plug it into the PC. I seem to be getting the same error as the people with international cars.

on export cars we get the calibration update button to show up, but it doesnt download anything it just asks if we are connected to the internet i dont think its the same problem.

Tried it a few times. still dont get the calibration button showing up. Is there a way to manually update the calibration?

maybe goin to ur dealer and ask them to update the pcm, but i dont know if that will work, but i think it should

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. I went to my car and it said it needed an update. Cool no problem right? Took it to my computer and downloaded everything. Callibrated it and it said everything was a go to go ahead and go to my car. After I would try to put it in my car however it would say invalid callibration update, then update from your computer again. After doing this for about 3 days and talking to tech support for 2 they finally asked me to send it in. That was over a week ago so I don't know when to expect it back...I would suggest calling them and doing the same.

Got it figured out. I didnt see the disk in the box with the drivers for the usb/serial adapter and already had drivers from another adapter i used to own on my computer. It would find the predator ok, let me update it, but for some reason wouldnt bring up the calibration update button. Everything is working fine now.
