Problems with Codes

Ok gotta long story so i'll try and keep it short. I fried my ECM with a predator that was not set back to stock and ever since then its been throwing a P0602 code and recently it threw a P2509 code. However i had a new lift pump installed and the truck was flashed back to stock and the codes went away. My question is that I would like to see if i can send this predator back and have it checked out. I bought it used and the guy before me bought it used and its had multiple problems. I'd really like to use it but am afraid to now thanks.

Yeah I they charge $100 or so to look at it....call them

Maybe someone can just tell me without sending it in. Every time i put it on my truck it throws a P0602 code which is an ecm programming error and the truck runs badly. It seems like i have a fuel rattle somewhere even though i just put a new fass pump on last week.
