U7198 Pe settings?

Just wondering if Im reading this right. If I want to lean out my Pe setting at WOT I would go Negative on the tuner Right?? I know that in order to compensate for the LTFT you go Negative if it was in the plus- I had to go -4 with the injector slope and LTFT at WOT are at 0. But In WOT the PE setting do you go negative to lean it out Or positive like the injector slope setting??? Thanks for clearing this up for me!!
