2008 Ford Mustang GT Differential Gearing

2008 Ford Mustang GT with 4.6 3-valve modular engine, Spectre cold air intake system , BBK Shorty headers , 3.55 Differential gears, 5-speed manual trans(TR-3650)

I have just recently bought the Trinity T-1000 and was looking at the different options for the diff setup. My mustang came with the 3.55 gearing instead of the 3.31, and the manual trans, but I can't select that gear ratio as close as I can get it is 3.50 or 3.60. Also I wanted to know it there is an available tune for Spectre Performance Cold Air Intake with the stock Maf sensor, perferably using 89 octane fuel? Please let me know.

Sorry its been a while since I have been able to get online had pc problems. The version is 1r08a.
I also had another problem. I programmed my 08 GT with the 85mm ford raceing CAI tune and it seems to be adding a little to much fuel. Its running about 7% rich after it warms up, there isn't any check engine light on or anything. So if you have a CAI program made just for the Spectre Performance brand could you let me know.
