U7198/9R17 for a 2002 Z06. Only mods are plugs, ignition wires, and a VaraRam CAI. I have the performance tune installed. Had initial lean codes (bank 1 and 2) due to the CAI and changed fuel times (see below). Got rid of the lean code but have never been able to shake the knock sensor code (P0327 knock sensor 1 circuit low input bank 1). I bought new sensors but I don't want to go through the nightmare of removing the intake manifold to get to them and change them if they are not bad (and I assume they are functioning). I think I just don't have the proper balance in the engine settings.
injector slope 3%
PE 2k-4k
wot 4k-7k
spark 1k-1.8k
wot spark 2k-4k and 4k-7k
Ox sensor .08 at 2000 rpm
Any setting suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

'Sup, Baerguy!
I assume you're using good quality fuel of the proper octane (91-93) for the tune you installed.... That said, I know the guys are probably away for the long weekend, but I think they'd ask you to post up the cruise and WOT logs you used to make the adjustments.
I gotta ask, did you do the mods, or did you buy it used? Is it possible that the codes existed before you installed the tune and you're only just seeing them now? The po327 (after a brief internet search) does NOT seem to throw a CE light when it is active. The fact that it is a "low Input" probably means a bad sensor or crappy connection between sensor and ecm/pcm.
I'd get a service manual and go through the electrical check procedure before you take the intake apart. Others have noted this code after washing engine bay...There's a tsb about a similar issue that you should look up if you are going to replace the sensor...
Try doing a google search on 02 zo6 po327
Hope this helped a bit.

As Rally2SS has already stated, these knock sensors/harnesses/wiring/connectors are VERY sensitve to ANY moisture which gets under the intake manifold, (or on/around the ECM connectors) despite all of the tuners claiming that they never 'go bad'!!
As much of a pain as it is, you may have to replace the sensors/harness in order to get rid of the CEL and code, and to assure that you still have fully functioning knock sensors (of the UPMOST importance if you are using ANY aftermarket tune, even if you use 91-93+ octane fuel exclusively).
(But still go through the whole electrical check procedure first, as Rally2SS has suggested.)
This is also a good opportunity to clean out all of the accumulated, detonation causing, oil/grime from the intake manifold (from our 'great' PCV systems
).
I am waiting for a BIG chunk of time to become available so that I can do just this, since I made the very stupid mistake of getting (a little bit of) water under the intake when washing the engine bay.

Yeah, Id check the harness and related components, i dont think this is a tune related issue.
