OBD Monitors not ready

Hey i have a 2005 srt-4 with a custom cmr tune on my u7134
I passed inspection fine last year but this year when the plugged my car in
it failed for obd readiness. I have a cat and it doesn't throw codes but is there a way to turn the monitors back on? Thanks

Post your last tune written. Your CMR tuner turned them off for a reason though. Are you sure the rear O2 is working right? Just because theres a cat in place doesn't mean its getting good readings.

ok I'll post it when I get home. He changed it when he did my tune but before that I never got a CEL. I have a sparkplug non-fouler on my second O2 sensor....I used to get a CEL before I put the fouler in, but not after.

he also turned off specific CEL lights like the one for the part throttle overboost........those I still need turned off... cuz my car sees 9psi at part throttle.
